• Step 1: Complete the online order form.

• Step 2: Post a cheque made payable to Esquared Solutions Limited to the following address:

• Step 3: A welcome pack containing your login details is sent within 7-10 working days.

There are no additional costs for telephone and email support. Any functional updates to the web application software are included in the price.

An Internet connection and a javascript-enabled web browser. E-Timesheet supports the following browsers:

• Internet Explorer v6 (or above)
• Firefox v1.5 (or above)

Yes it is possible to replace screen and report headers with company logos. There is a notional charge for this service.

The following mandatory fields are required in a .CSV (comma separated value) import file:

• Contractor reference ID
• First name
• Last name

Option 1:

Download a spreadsheet containing the required column headings. Cut and paste contractor information into the spreadsheet and save as a .CSV file. Import the file.

Option 2:

Create a .CSV file from your existing system using the required specification shown on the Import screen. Import the file.

Option 3:

Add contractors manually.
